We love our coffee, in fact, we definitely classify ourselves as coffee snobs. We love to sit down with a great cup of coffee and continue reading our latest book of interest, or catch up on our favourite blogs or Youtube channels, whilst listening to some music.

Our coffee roaster we choose to support by purchasing our beans from is Glee Coffee, and tend to choose The Goods as our roast and blend of choice. Glee were awarded the Overall Champions of 2019 at the Golden Bean Competition with their Walk'n On Sunshine roast blend. They have an online store, so give them a try some time.

Stuart has completed barista training, as has Sam, and uses a Rancilio Rocky to grind the beans fresh for making a good espresso shot. This is pulled from a Rancilio Silvia, equipped with a PID, and tends to be enjoyed in one of many KeepCup's.
